Registration Fee Per Child:
- $ 60.00 (no discounts / non-refundable)
Camp Northlake Payment Policy
Camp tuition is due no later than two weeks prior to the week of attendance. If payment has not been submitted manually by this date, the balance will be automatically drafted from the account on file.
If you have any questions regarding draft dates or payment amounts, please contact Camp Northlake administration for assistance.
At the conclusion of the summer season, any remaining balances will be charged to the account on file.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the frequency of last-minute cancellations in previous years and the challenges associated with filling these vacancies on short notice, the following cancellation and refund policy will be enforced for all NCS summer camps* beginning May 2025:
Refunds will not be issued unless Camp Northlake administration receives written notification of the cancellation at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp session.
*This cancellation policy does not apply to athletic and enrichment camps.
Weekly Camp Session Fee (All tuitions include Lunch & Snack)
- 8:00-3:30 Regular Tuition $235.00
- 7:00-3:30 Tuition + Before Care $255.00
- 8:00-5:30 Tuition + After Care $275.00
- 7:00-5:30 Tuition + Before AND After Care $295.00
Camp Shirts:
- All camp shirts are $15/each
- Camp shirts are required to be worn every day
Before Care: 7:00-8:00
After Care: 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- The campers will be on the playground until 4:30 and then move to Movie Room #1 in the building until 5:30.
- CAMPERS REMAINING IN AFTER CARE BEYOND 5:30PM WILL BE CHARGED $1 PER MINUTE UNTIL THE CAMPER IS PICKED UP.
